Little Mandarin™ Aerial Alignment
100-hr Yoga Teacher Training Course
NEXT INTAKE: TBA
Training Teacher: Jowing Zhang
This training course is not just about fancy tricks but the in-depth study of the alignment of Aerial Yoga. Yes, it can be looking fancy at times but what makes aerial yoga different from the aerial arts is that fundamentally, it stems from a yoga practice and so incorporates many of the traditional yoga poses with a focus on breath & alignment. The hammock is just another prop to help you find the alignment and advance your practice.

I came across LM Yoga & Pilates by chance and attended my first aerial yoga class. Let’s say I haven’t looked back since! I’m hooked! I love how it challenges me. Difficult enough that it keeps me coming back yet nurturing enough that I can slow down too. I love it so much so that I signed up for LM's first aerial yoga teacher training.
Jowing is very knowledgeable and a great mentor. She takes great pride in knowing her students. She knows when to nudge me and at the same time when to push me.
The training is very comprehensive which includes anatomy, teaching guidance, proper cues to utilise, and examples of how different bodies are in each pose to name a few.
Being a full-time professional - the training schedule was perfect.
Furthermore, I’ve become very good friends with my fellow trainees who have been very encouraging and supportive through the training.
Jowing and Jamie have created such a beautiful, safe, judgement-free environment and if you are considering taking your practice to the next level - do not hesitate!
Little Mandarin is the studio of your choice!

It was an amazing experience to make me so clearly why I’m teaching & how I teach. Jowing’s 100-hour Aerial Yoga teacher training gave me such good confidence. Jowing is very supportive in training and gave us plenty of opportunities to teach and learn, and I appreciated this teacher training. I felt so much confidence to deliver my mind to everyone in the class for better understanding by cues, presenting, correcting, and encouraging. And I felt so grateful when I saw anyone in the class had progressed.

Little Mandarin's teacher training program was highly informative, covering a comprehensive range of topics essential for anyone aspiring to be an aerial yoga instructor. From anatomy and asanas to philosophy and teaching methodologies, the program delved into every facet of yoga. However, what truly distinguished this teacher training program and rendered it an exceptional experience in life was the lead instructor Jowing's dedication to exploring the essence of yoga and her passion for sharing with us her profound knowledge and skills. I unreservedly commend this program to anyone seeking to deepen their yoga practice and embark on the path of becoming a yoga instructor.
